Staying active at home during Covid-19

The COVID-19 pandemic means that many of us are staying at home, sitting down more than we usually do. It’s taken a toll on people who are used to exercising daily. And it’s been even harder for people who don’t usually do a lot of physical exercise.

At times like these, it’s very important for everyone to be as active as possible. Here are a few tips on how to stay active at home:

  • Walk up and down the stairs
  • Dance to music
  • Watch a free workout video online
  • Enroll in free or paid online classes

Being active every day everyday is good for your body, mind and spirit.
