    d. "Client" refers to any person who uses our website or accesses our coaching services.

    e. "Stripe" refers to the third-party payment processor integrated with Calendly to facilitate secure online payments.

  2. Scope of Services:

    a. We provide psychological guidance and coaching services that are designed to assist individuals in exploring personal and emotional issues through the Zoom platform and in person.

    b. Our services are not a substitute for therapy or professional psychological help. We do not diagnose any mental health conditions or offer treatment for mental health disorders.

    c. Our services are intended to provide general guidance, support, and tools to enhance personal development, self-awareness, and goal achievement.

    d. The Coach or Guide provides professional guidance and support, drawing on relevant training, qualifications, and experience. However, it is essential to note that the Coach or Guide is not a licensed psychologist or therapist.

  3. Client Responsibility:

    a. It is important to recognize that the services we provide are coaching and guidance, not therapy. Clients should not rely on our services as a substitute for seeking professional medical or psychological advice.

    b. Clients are responsible for their own well-being and must take appropriate action based on their own judgment and assessment of their circumstances.

    c. We encourage clients to consult with a qualified mental health professional if they require therapy or treatment for mental health concerns.

    d. Our services are intended to assist and guide you in achieving personal growth and self-improvement. However, the responsibility for your actions and well-being ultimately lies with you.

    e. You acknowledge that any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of our services are your sole responsibility. We shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our services.

  4. Booking and Payment

    a. To book a session, clients must use our integrated scheduling platform, Calendly, available on our website.

    b. Clients are required to pay for their sessions using the secure online payment system, Stripe, which is integrated with Calendly, as well as the Interac e-transfer platform.

    c. Let’sTalkMe does not store any payment information. All payment transactions are processed and managed by Stripe. Please refer to Stripe's terms and conditions and privacy policy for more information.

  5. Privacy and Confidentiality:

    We respect the confidentiality of our clients and the information shared during sessions. Any personal information disclosed to us during the coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential.

    b. Unless required by law, we will not share, sell, or distribute any client information to third parties without explicit consent, except in cases where there is a risk of harm to oneself or others.

    c. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
